LeadsLeap’s New “Sticky Rotator”: A Smarter Way to Run Ad Co-Ops

Alright folks, it’s July 2025 and Kenneth Koh over at LeadsLeap has rolled out another handy upgrade. If you’re running ad co-ops or sending out rotator links in emails, this new feature could make your life easier and your results a bit fairer. It’s called the Sticky Rotator, and it just might be the smartest little improvement we’ve seen in a while.

Watch me demonstrate the sticky rotator in action:

If you’re already using LeadsLeap’s rotators, you know the drill: you load up a bunch of URLs, and the rotator randomly shows one of them every time someone clicks the link. So far, so normal.

But with the Sticky Rotator option turned on, something clever happens: LeadsLeap remembers the visitor.

That’s right, it sticks the same link to each individual visitor using browser cookies. So when they come back to your rotator link later (even hours or days later), they’re sent to the same page they saw the first time.

Why Sticky Beats Random (Sometimes)

So why is that useful? Isn’t the whole point of a rotator to rotate through offers?

Well, yes, but imagine you’re running a mailing list co-op or promoting on safelists where multiple members are sharing one rotator link. You want each co-op member to get a fair shot at converting their traffic.

Without sticky mode, it’s pure luck. A visitor might click and see John’s page the first time, but not opt in. They come back the next day and now they land on Jane’s page. Then on the third visit, they see Bob’s offer and finally opt in.

Who gets the lead? Bob does. But poor old John never gets credit, even though he was the one who originally attracted that visitor.

Now with Sticky Rotator enabled, that same visitor would land on John’s page every time. If they finally take action on their third visit, it’s John who gets the opt-in or the sale. That’s a much fairer setup for co-ops, and an extra selling point if you’re organizing one.

When to Use (and Not Use) Sticky Mode

Sticky isn’t always better. Sometimes you want your rotator to show a fresh offer every time. Maybe you’re split-testing landing pages, or just want to give returning visitors new options.

The good news is that LeadsLeap lets you decide: you can turn the “sticky” option on or off so you can tailor your rotator to suit your needs.

How to Turn On Sticky Rotator

It couldn’t be easier:

  1. Go to Link Tracker > Rotators inside your LeadsLeap dashboard.
  2. Click Add New Rotator or edit an existing one.
  3. Give your rotator a name.
  4. Look for the Sticky Rotator toggle and turn it on.
  5. Add your URLs, save, and you’re done.

I tried it myself. Added a few links, toggled sticky mode on, clicked the rotator link a few times, and every time I landed on the same page. Perfect. Then I turned sticky off, refreshed a few times, and saw the links rotate randomly again. Works just as promised.

A Small Feature with a Big Impact

This is exactly the kind of thing I like about LeadsLeap. Kenneth keeps improving the platform with useful features – no extra fees, no upsells – just more value for the same flat price.

If you’re not using LeadsLeap yet, or if you’re tired of autoresponders and link trackers charging more as you grow, give LeadsLeap a look. One flat fee, unlimited lists, unlimited tracking, and now, a smarter rotator.

Sticky Rotator might seem like a small tweak, but if you’re building email lists or running co-ops, it could help you keep more of the leads you’ve earned.

Cheers!
